During this session we will strategize and map out your business process(es) so you have a clear path to implementation. The session is designed to be interactive, with your business tasks and steps being the primary focus.
Here's what we will cover:

Prepare & Plan everything you need so that you can complete the setup and workflow process faster.

Outline the steps of your process, as we go along, so that you don't make any mistakes that could cost you time, money, or customers later on.

Identify what workflows you will need & what features you'll use and map out the steps of your workflows including all of the client communications & internal to do items.

The process is as follows
Once you schedule and complete your purchase, you will receive a welcome email with a link to your pre-session questionnaire. This questionnaire helps me understand your business, goals, and challenges so I can design a session that will be the most beneficial for you.
Within 48 hours after our call, you will have your recorded video, session summary and action plan delivered to your inbox, along with any relevant templates or guides.
You then have 2 weeks of access to me via email to support with implementation and answer any questions regarding your action plan.

I also had to follow up with them via email, and write down appointments in my book. If I wanted to be successful, I knew that I had to continuously improve my processes to make them more efficient.

The answer is that it depends on your specific situation. If you feel like you need help with things like time management, goal setting, and staying organized, then a service like this could be a great investment for you. On the other hand, if you feel like you have a handle on things and are just looking for some extra help, then you might want to wait until your business is a little more established before investing in a service like this.
After our call, you'll have two weeks of access to me via email so you can ask any questions about your action plan's implementation. But you'll be the one actually doing it. If you decide later that you would like me to manage the implementation, I have packages available (and, as a current client, you'll get discounts on these services!).
Systems can be complicated, but that doesn't mean you can't implement them yourself. There are plenty of resources available to help you understand and implement systems, so don't be discouraged. Just take your time and be patient, and you'll be able to get it done.
That’s absolutely fine, you can reschedule up to 3 times as long as you give a minimum of 48 hours notice. Your session just needs to take place within 45 days from the date of purchase.
